Shipping, Delivery and Returns

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders (excluding bespoke creations) within 48 hours. Estimated delivery times should be used as a guide only and commence from the day of dispatch.

For international orders, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

USA Delivery

All domestic orders ship from Cincinnati, Ohio, via UPS. We offer complimentary UPS Ground shipping on all orders above $300. UPS Ground typically arrives within 5-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options.

International Delivery

Orders for delivery to all countries other than the USA will usually take 5-10 business days. Orders are shipped on a delivery duties paid basis. All duties and taxes are covered at checkout. 

Return Policy

We hope you will enjoy your Aziza Lyons purchases, however, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 15 days of purchase. Please note, all returns will be subject to a $15 restocking fee.

Custom jewelry and special sizing orders cannot be returned and are final sale. 

Returns are only accepted on unworn, unaltered items returned in original packaging (including box and/or pouch). All returns will be subject to inspection and all original packaging including tags and labels must be intact. Returns will not be accepted if an item has been used, shows signs of wear or has otherwise been altered from its original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if an item is deemed damaged or unsaleable. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item minus a $15 restocking fee. We do not refund any shipping charges.

Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a carrier with a tracking and insurance service. Aziza Lyons is not responsible for stolen or lost return shipments. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages. 

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will have to return the item in question and place a new order.

For international orders, any taxes and duties paid at checkout are non-refundable. If you have any further questions about returns, please email shop@azizalyons.com.
